I'm sure you know the name as everyone has heard of Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Mary Kay includes cosmetics, skin care, body care, gifts and more. Many of the skin care lines, such as TimeWise, Velocity, Indulge, Satin Lips and MKMen, are extremely popular and work wonders to refresh skin and reduce the signs of aging.

The Mary Kay Cosmetics lines include: Signature, Velocity and Nourishine. These cosmetics offer wonderful, vibrant colors while adding moisture and vitamins to your skin. They blend in perfectly with many different skin tones.

I purchased my first Mary Kay set in 1991. That was back when the compacts were rectangular with square corners. They were pink and gold with the little flower on them.

Since then, I've been using Mary Kay makeup. I stopped for a couple of years and tried Avon, but found that I couldn't switch out the colors and hated throwing compacts away. It also seems that the amount of product always looks like more in those catalogs. Then, when you receive the product, you're thinking, I didn't know they could make this so small.

No, I'm not a consultant. I get the products from consultants, but not directly through Mary Kay. That's why I carefully inspect every single Mary Kay item that I receive. I actually open up the items and inspect and inspect. However, I do make sure to buy from reputable consultants with nice looking products that have been maintained very well.

Most of the Mary Kay products I see being sold, are labeled as "vintage". Seriously, who wants to wear vintage smelling products? That's why I always am sure to get fresh product that customers will want to wear.
